You have 14 days to change your mind

You may withdraw from your order within 14 days of delivery, without giving a reason. The period starts on the day after you (or someone you have named) receive the Sleepslab. If you order several Sleepslabs at once, the period starts after the last one arrives.

How to do it

  1. Let us know within 14 days that you are withdrawing from your order. The easiest way is the withdrawal form. You can also email: send your name, the date of your order and the fact that you are withdrawing from your order to jcordes@runvex.app, or call +31 6 14862977. You may also use the model form below.
  2. Send the Sleepslab to the return address within 14 days of telling us: Hop Awake, Boulevard 1945 57, 7511 NH Enschede, the Netherlands.
  3. We refund you as soon as we have received the Sleepslab, or as soon as you prove you have sent it, whichever is earlier. We do so no later than 14 days after your message, using the same payment method as your order.

Costs

  • The cost of sending it back is yours.
  • Delivery to you was free, so you pay nothing for that.

Condition of the Sleepslab

You may try out the Sleepslab, just as you would in a shop. If the Sleepslab has lost value because you handled it in any other way, we may charge you that difference. If possible, send it back in its original packaging.

Faulty or damaged?

If your Sleepslab arrived broken or breaks, email jcordes@runvex.app, or call +31 6 14862977. If your Sleepslab breaks, we replace it free of charge in the first year. You also always have your statutory rights. See also the terms and conditions.
